Michael Patrick McGuire, 48 of Owings, MD passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019, at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He was born on April 10, 1970, in Washington, DC. He was a graduate of Northern High School and attended the International Culinary Arts School in Baltimore, MD.

He is survived by his mother, Bernice McGuire of Owings, MD and his brother, William McGuire of the UAE. He is also survived by a niece and nephew; Hailey and Jonathan McGuire, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, the late John Patrick McGuire, who passed away on January 9, 2018.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 16 at 11 am at the First Baptist Church, 7415 SW Crain Highway, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Michael may be directed to the Transplant Surgery Department at the University of Maryland Medical Center, UMMS Foundation, 110 S.
