Melanie Marie Ridgely, 27, of Lusby, MD passed away the evening of January 29th in York, Pennsylvania. She was born February 14, 1991 in Clinton, MD. She was the daughter of Ruth A. DuLaney Murray and Paul D. Ridgely. Through the years she was loved and raised by her parents along with Vanessa DeVries, John Murray, Will Ashbrook, and Rhonda Ridgely.

Melanie is survived by two children, Kylie M. Byshiem and Carter D. McCarthy whom she took great pride in loving. She is also survived by five siblings, Travis B. Ridgely, Alan D. Ridgely, Aaron T. Townsend, Marissa M. Murray, and Brenna M. Murray. She is the beloved granddaughter of Fred and Barbara Ridgely of St. Leonard, MD and Richard and Anne DuLaney of Bethany Beach, DE. She is survived by four nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Arrangements by Lee Funeral Home.
