Billy Burch, age 50, of La Plata, MD died on December 14, 2018 in Cumberland, MD. Billy was born and raised in La Plata, MD. He loved spending time outdoors riding ATV's, hunting, fishing, and crabbing. He is preceded in death by his father, Leslie T. Burch.

Billy is survived by his mother, Betty Ann Burch; son, Zachary W. Burch; daughters, Shelby Lynn Burch and Samantha Burch; brothers, Leslie Burch, Jr. and James E. Burch (Bonnie); sisters, Sally Reed (Ron), Elizabeth May (Fred), Judy Road, and Debra Bowles (Tony); and 5 grandchildren. All services for Billy are private. Arrangements by Raymond Funeral Service.
