Mr. Epp was a consultant for Control Data Corporation for 20+ years. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam era. He loved music, theater, history, cards, and tennis. He loved to research genealogy.

Son of the late Raymond Simon Epp, Sr. and the late Margaret Florence Adams Epp. Predeceased by his parents. He is survived by one son, Ryan J. (Melysa-Sperber) Epp of Washington, DC; one daughter, Megan (Jim) VanFleet of Charlotte, NC; three sisters, Carolyn A. (Larry) Hardy of Mechanicsville, MD, Sandra L. (Glenn) Thomas, Smithland, KY, and Susan D. Epp of Leonardtown, MD; two brothers, Raymond S. (Paula) Epp, Jr. Of Madison, MS and Gerald B. Epp of Mechanicsville, MD.
