Michael Wayne Cullember, 50, of Port Republic, MD passed away on September 6, 2008 at his home.

He was born April 4, 1958 in Annapolis, MD to the late Raymond T. and Mae Arminger Cullember.

He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Chaney Enterprises.
Michael is survived by his wife Barbara Jean Cullember, father of Hope Renee Cullember and Julie Ann Cullember. Brother of Barbara A. Phipps, Donald R., Thomas E., and Dennis G. Cullember. He is also survived by a granddaughter, Shaniya Renee Harrod.

The family received friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD on Tuesday September 9, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Funeral Services were held on Wednesday September 10, 2008, 1 P.M. at Broomes Island Wesleyan Church. Interment followed in Chesapeake Highlands Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers were Brian Cullember, George Summers, Charles Hurley, Leland Hurley, Brian Butler and Thomas Hance. Honorary pallbearers were Ricky Grimes and Billy Phipps.
