Jennifer Linn Phillips, 40, of Kissimmee, Florida (formerly of Waldorf, Maryland), died October 31, 2018 in Kissimmee, Florida. Jennifer was a Retail Manager at Michaels Arts & Crafts Store and was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church. In her youth she was a Brownie, completing all tasks to progress on to Girl Scouts. She was also a stay-at-home mom with her daughter, Gracie. She enjoyed her yearly trip to Disney World.

She was the daughter of Phillip B. Bryant and Georgia D. Latham Neil. She is survived by her husband, Jason D. Phillips; her mother, Georgia D. Neil; her step-father, Gregory A. Neil; her daughter, Gracie Phillips; her step-children, Sebastian, Jordan, and Kaylamae Phillips; her step-brothers, Jason and Scott Neil; her maternal grandparents, Georgia Furbush of Palm Bay, Florida and Thomas Latham of Hughesville, Maryland; her mother-in-law, Elaine Blackmer and father-in-law, Dwight Phillips; and her brother-in-law, Jeremy Phillips and sister-in-law, Amanda Ruiz.

Friends received on Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 9AM until time of Memorial Service at 10AM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel (La Plata, Maryland) with Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens (Waldorf, Maryland).
