Mr. Jenkins was Commissary Grocery Manager for Andrews Air Force Base for 30 years. He was a veteran of the US Navy having served during World War II. He was an avid stamp and coin collector, and a history buff. He was a member of Veteran's of Foreign Wars. He was a huge cowboy and western movie fan.

Son of the late Eugene Jenkins and the late Ruth Jenkins.

Husband of Norma Jenkins.

Predeceased by his parents, and one sister, Jean Timoney.

Survived by his wife, Norma Jenkins, three sons, Bob L. Jenkins, Jr of Chevy Chase, Md., Ric A. Jenkins of Port tobacco, Md., and Mark W. Jenkins of Clements, Md., two brothers, Jim and Ed Jenkins of PA., one sister, Doris Reed of Pa. Also survived by 3 grandsdaughters, Elizabeth, Victoria, and Nicolette.
