![]() Willard Arthur "Billy" Boarman II, 56 of Hughesville, MD died on August 23, 2008 at his home.
Born in Washington, DC on November 2, 1951, he was son of the late Willard Arthur Boarman Sr. and Mary Waneta Steward Boarman. He was a self-employed painter and owner of Boarman Painting. He was known for always doing quality work and being a very good boss to his employees. In his spare time, he enjoyed restoring and showing antique cars, hunting, NASCAR and being with his four legged son Chico. He enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a lifetime member of St. Mary's Church in Newport, Maryland which still stands on property donated by Major William Boarman. He is survived by his wife Reany Boarman; son Willard A. "Bill" Boarman; sister Sonja (Woody) Woodbury of Virginia Beach, VA; brothers Robert A. (Susan) Boarman of Newburg, MD, Thomas M. Boarman of Newport, MD and Mark E. (Maria) Boarman of Clearwater, FL. Visitation on Thursday, August 28, 2008 from 5-8PM with Wake Service at 7PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel La Plata, MD. Mass of Christian burial on Friday, August 29, 2008 at 10:30AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church La Plata, MD with Father Fred MacIntyre officiating. Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, MD. Pallbearers are Tyler Kisner, Mark Kisner, Billy Gamble, Tanner Mills, Justin Sherman and George Betsko.
