Lois Marie Donnally Britt, 78, of Hollywood, MD, formerly of North Charleston, SC died August 24, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital, Leonardtown, MD.

Born August 27, 1929 in Cunard, WV, she was the daughter of the late Greenleaf W. Donnally and Hazel Ellen Clingham Donnally. She was retired from Charleston Naval Shipyard where she was an Information Systems Analyst.

Lois is survived by her children, Randall Britt and his wife Cheryl of Hollywood, MD, David Britt and his fiancée Joann of North Charleston, SC, Charles Britt and his wife Wanda of Summerville, SC, siblings, Margaret Lusher of Johns Island, SC, and Elizabeth Harvill of Charleston, SC, sister-in-law, Ruby Donnally of Johns Island, SC, and five grandchildren, Lyndsay, Shannon, Kelsey, Charles and Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow M. Britt and her eldest son, Delward Lee Britt.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at the J. Henry Sturhr's Funeral Home in North Charleston, SC. A Funeral Service will be conducted at the First Church of the Nazarene in Hanahan, SC on Thursday, August 28, 2008.
