He was peacefully transitioned into God's Kingdom on June 4, 2018. He was surrounded by his beloved family and friends. Up until the time of illness, he regularly attended services at St. Mary's Star of The Sea Catholic Church in Indian Head, Maryland.

Bobby graduated from Pomonkey High School in 1947. Following high school, Bobby attended and graduated from Maryland State College in Princess Anne, Maryland. He later served 2 years in the Korean War. He made the Indian Head area his home for 87 years. Bobby enjoyed a career as a trusted public servant for 34 years where he retired from the National Security Agency (NSA). He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, devotion to duty and integrity, while performing a range of assignments.
