William Allen Bowman, Jr., 17, of Great Mills, MD, passed away on August 16, 2008 in Toledo, Ohio.

Beloved son of Carrie Davis and Joe Doucette of Port Republic, MD, brother of Kiara Marie and her husband Brandon Bebee of Fort Stewart Ga.

Grandson of Darlena Davis of Lagrove PA, and nephew of Steve and Tawni Uhl of Lexington Park, MD and Donnie Uhl. Cousin of Katrina, Tawni Angel and Steven Uhl, whom was like a brother and best friend to him. He is also survived by friends, Travis, Haley, Billy, David, Doug, Christy, Jon, Ron, Shauna, Chrissy, and many more relatives and friends.

"Lil Billy" as he was known by, was a very social person; he loved spending time with his family and many close friends whom he thought of as family. He liked to play video games, draw, listen to music and anything to do with cars. His dream was to serve in the military, and was studying to go into the U.S. Marine Corp.

The family will receive friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD, on Friday August 22, 2008 from 10- 11 A.M. where serves will follow at 11 A.M. Interment will be in Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD. Active pallbearers are Steven Uhl, Travis Boswell, Billy Collins, David Carroll, Doug Boswell, and Ronnie Scott. Honorary pallbearers will be Jon Wyatt, Haley Gatton, Christy Neill, Shauna Hale, Mathew Bryant, Josh Leonizo, Daryl Mackall and Niko Jones.
