Barbara Temple Anderson, 74, of Mechanicsville, Maryland passed away on March 22, 2018. Born in Nelson County, Virginia on September 23, 1943, she was the only child of the late Harold Irving Slaid and the late Mary Lee Angus Leebrick. Barbara was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, reading, ceramics and playing video games. She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Harry L. Anderson, and her sons, Joseph Michael Anderson and Stephen Lawrence Anderson. Also surviving are eighteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Faye Anderson Williams and her parents.

Interment will be at 1:45 PM on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD. Arrangements by the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., Charlotte Hall, MD
