Andrew F. "Dru" Garrity III, 48, of Lexington Park, MD passed away on January 20, 2018, at George Washington University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Dru was born was born on December 27, 1969 in Boston, MA to the late Andrew F. Garrity, Jr. and Patricia Joan Pratt. He grew up in Danvers, MA and attended Danvers High School, eventually receiving his GED. He took culinary classes at various institutions, but preferred putting his skills to work.

Drew lived in Bangkok, Thailand for many years and worked as a Chef. He was a lover of music and he was the C.E.O. of his own record label, "Common Wealth Records". On September 8, 2017 Drew married his best friend and mother of his children, Pratumtong Nanuan. Dru and his family moved back to the U.S. in October 2017. He began working for Navy Moral, Welfare and Recreation as a Chef. Drew is survived by his wife, Pratumtong and children, Amanda and Andrea as well as his sister, Christine Gebski, of Bradford, MA.
