William James Boggs Sr. "Billy", 92, of White Plains, Maryland formerly of La Plata, Maryland. On Monday, January 22, 2018 at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, La Plata, Maryland, Billy as he was more affectionately called transitioned to eternal life. Billy is the devoted father of William J. Boggs, Jr., Janice M. Scroggins and Lisa M. Boggs. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
