Dorothy Ann Ewell, 73, of Prince Frederick, MD passed away on January 15, 2018. Dorothy was born on February 23, 1944 in Salisbury, MD to the late Dale and Anne Mae Trader Adkins.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed shopping, gardening and going to flea markets. She loved celebrating Christmas as was described by her family as being a "great cook." She had lived in Calvert County for the past 16 years. In 1962, Dorothy married her high school sweetheart, Eddison Paul Ewell .They remained together for 44 years until he passed away in 2007.

Dorothy is survived by her sons, Michael (Crystal) Ewell of Hampton, VA and Eddie Eugene Ewell of Tampa, FL; daughter, Janet Schwalm of Prince Frederick and five grandchildren, Elijah and Londyn Ewell, Lovely Carter, and Becca and Chris Schwalm. Arrangements by Raymond Wood Funeral Home.
