Of Indian Head, MD at his residence on Sunday, July 27, 2008. Predeceased by his parents, Maerie Etta SanLuis Phelps, Paul SanLuis, SR., Step-Father Elwood Phelps, and brother, Paul SanLuis, Jr.

He is survived by his son Robert "Robbie" SanLuis and his wife, Nadia of Accokeek, MD. Brother, John SanLuis and his wife, Debra of Port Tobacco, MD. Sister, Mary and her husband Mike Beatley of Indian Head, MD. Grandchildren, Alistair, Louisa, and Fairouz.

A celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 1, 2008 at the AREHART-ECHOLS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 211 St. Mary's Ave. La Plata, MD 20646 from 5 pm until 8 pm. A Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 10 am. Interment will follow at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, MD.
