Frank Holt, 65 of Mechanicsville, MD, formerly of Waldorf, MD, passed away on July 1, 2008 at his residence.

Born July 25, 1942 in Washington, DC he was the son of the late Charles and Nellie Holt.

Mr. Holt was a Carpenter with Local 132. His hobbies were his work specializing in ceilings and floors.

In addition to his parents Mr. Holt was preceded in death by his wife Helen Mae Holt. Frank is survived by his son's Kevin Holt of LaPlata, MD and David Holt of Mechanicsville, MD. Grandchildren; David, Casey, Rebekah and Logan Holt and Shelby and Courtney Anderson.

Family and friends will be received from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday, July 3, 2008 with a Memorial Service at 7PM in the Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend D.L. Harmon officiating.

Interment is private.
