Maddison Lee Sims, Infant, of Hollywood, MD died June 23, 2008 in St. Mary's Hospital, Leonardtown, MD.
Born June 23, 2008, she was the daughter of Michael Anthony Sims and Sarah Kaitlin Chick. In addition to her parents, Maddison is also survived by her grandparents, Kelly Ann and Michael Chick, and Julia Ann and Gaines Allen Sims.
