Mr. Fox was a Service Station Operator for Scot Gas and Crown Gas for 40 years. He was a member of the Charles County Men's Pool League.

He was son of the late Claudius S. Fox and the late Daisy Mae Burns Fox

He was the husband of Mabel Lucille Sprouse Fox

He was Predeceased by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Mabel Fox, four sons, Sherman Leo Fox, Gary Swanson Fox, Richard Wayne Fox, and Jerry Lee Fox, one daughter, Linda Sue White, one brother, Delbert Fox, and one sister, Delores Fox. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, one son-in-law, William M. White, Jr., and two daughters-in-law, Lynn Fox and Kathy Fox.

A Visitation will take place on Friday, June 27, 2008 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel, La Plata, MD.

A Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at 10am at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Clergy will be the Rev. Tony Wright.
