Timothy Joseph Fletcher, 59, of Dunkirk passed away February 2, 2017 at his residence. He was born November 30, 1957 in Washington, D.C. to William W. and Julia Rita Fletcher.

Timothy is survived by his wife Debra Litz-Fletcher, son Nicholas Patrick Fletcher of Atlanta, GA and daughter Lauren Nicole Fletcher. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers William and Richard Fletcher. Arrangements by Rausch Funeral Home.
