Thomas Clifton "Lubby" Gough, 62 of Lexington Park, MD peacefully passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017 in Leonardtown, Maryland. He was born on June 20, 1955 in Washington, DC. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Lilly Mae Beander; father, William Thomas Gough, maternal and paternal grandparents and lifelong friend, Bobby Moore, fondly known as "BMoore".

Lubby was a diehard Washington Redskins fan and loved taunting the fans of his rival team, the Dallas Cowboys. One of his favorite past times was spending time with family and friends; laughing, joking, playing cards and most of all enjoying a good home cooked meal. He will be always remembered as being a loving brother and devoted uncle and friend, who you could always depend on.

He leaves to cherish her memories his sisters, Stephanie A. Gibson, of Lexington Park, MD and Juanita Gough, of Accokeek, MD; brother, Charles F. Beander, of Lexington Park, MD; one sister-in-law, Lillian Beander, of Lexington Park, MD; aunt, Lucy Mae Taylor, of Lexington Park, MD; nieces, Alexis Beander, of Washington, DC, Shikita Beander, of Laurel, MD, Tia Brooks, of Great Mills, MD (Leon), Shawnta Elesey and Tawanda Spence and nephews, Saul Kittrell, of Accokeek, MD and David R. Spence Jr., all of Lexington Park, MD; cousins, Joseph Curtis, of Washington, DC, Mary Hansley (Jesse), of Great Mills, MD and George Beander, of Lexington Park, MD; adopted sisters, Angela Herbert of Reynoldsburg, OH and Samantha McGhee of Lexington Park, MD; God daughters, Erica Miles-Jones and Aubree Berry; loving and devoted nephew, Caron Cunningham; special friend, Javara Berry and a host of family and friends.

Family and friends will unite on Monday, February 6, 2017 for visitation at 10 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 22375 Three Notch Rd, Lexington Park, MD. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. Arrangements by Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home.
