William Taylor Bryant, Sr. 67 of Mechanicsville, MD formerly of Lusby, MD and Anne Arundel County, MD passed away on June 18, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital.

Born September 20, 1940 in Washington, DC he was the son of the late Taylor Jennings and Mary B. Bryant

Mr. Bryant was a Union Carpenter; he was an active member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church where he was an Usher. William loved fishing, home projects, cookouts; he had a great love for country music and old and new classic cars. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, Christmas was his favorite holiday.
He will be sorely missed by everyone's heart that he has touched.

William is survived by his wife Diane R. Bryant, sons; William T. Bryant, Jr. and Matthew T. Bryant, Sr., daughter; Tracy R. Preller, of Pasadena, MD, brothers; Richard and Erin Bryant and sisters; Eunice Richards and Shirley Hill, also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 daughters-in-law, 1 son-in-law and 2 great-grandchildren.

William's Life Celebration will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2008 from 2pm to 5pm in the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD. 20622

A Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 11AM in St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 11000 H.G. Truman Rd., Lusby, MD 20657 with Pastor Ron Collier officiating. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
