Born on June 9, 1987 at Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, MD, he was the son of the late Helen Roberta Larkin Stover. Brandon was a graduate and a member of the Class of 2005 of Westlake High School He worked as an Electrician Helper with Patriot Electric. He liked music, especially Insane Clown Posse and writing poetry,

He is survived by his sister Lauren Maree Davey of Glen Burnie, MD; brothers Brian Christopher Newman of Calvert County, MD and Nicholas Thorne Larkin Buchanan of Newburg, MD; grandmother Georgiana G. Larkin; also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will gather at 6145 Bumpy Oak Road in La Plata, Maryland on Sunday, June 22, 2008 from 3PM until time of remembrance at 4PM with the Reverend Martin Harris of Fellowhip Church in White Plains, MD officiating. Interment will be private.
