Norman Henry Downs, 78, of Mechanicsville, MD passed away on December 24, 2016 at his residence in Mechanicsville, MD. Norman was born on January 21, 1938 in Washington, DC to the late George Downs and the late Helen Milburn Downs. Norman enjoyed antique cars. Prior to his retirement he was a Building Manager for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Norman was predeceased by his brother, David Downs and sister, Joan Beard. Norman is survived by his loving wife, Linda Senior Downs; son Jason Warren; step-son, Matt Kruk, III; daughter, Melissa Hoffman; brothers, Donald, Ralph, Richard, Johnny, Jimmy and Kenny Downs; sister, Ginny Gainor.
