Paul C. Starke Sr., 94, of North Beach, MD. Beloved husband of the late Juanita Starke. Paul is Survived by his children, Mary(Jim) Weaver, Paul (Carol) Starke Jr., Darlene (John) Boyd, Karen Zonis and Millicent Fife, grandchildren Erin Smart, John P.
