Elizabeth Concetta Pellegrino, "Betty" of Fort Washington, Maryland passed on November 9, 2016. Elizabeth "Betty" C. Pellegrino (Jaccuzzo) was born February 13, 1922 in Houma, LA to Joseph and Rose (Catanese) Jaccuzzo.

After entering the Women's Army Corps, she found her loving husband of almost fifty years, the late Pasquale "Pat" J. Pellegrino who passed in 1995. Betty and Pat married on December 2, 1945. As the wife of a committed US Air Force husband, she lived in multiple areas of the country including New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington DC, then settling in Fort Washington, MD where she raised their three sons.

Throughout her life she was a member of many clubs, including the Non-Commissioned Officers Wives Club where she made lasting friendships. Betty was a devoted Catholic and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be best remembered by her family as a very loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who was always kind, sweet, and beautiful. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending moments together sharing stories which would bring joy and laughter to all those who surrounded her.

Betty was a loving mother to three sons, Robert "Bob" J. Pellegrino and wife Barbara of Myrtle Beach, SC, the late Richard "Dickie" P. Pellegrino, and Thomas "Tom" J. Pellegrino of Fort Washington, MD; grandmother to Rebecca "Becky" A. Pellegrino, Richard "Richie" T. Pellegrino and wife Lorraine, Camille C. Spinelli and husband Joe, and the late Anna E. Pellegrino; great-grandmother to Justin R. Brunclik, Jenna K. Brunclik, Jayson D. Brunclik, and Richard "RJ" Pellegrino; and an aunt to many. She was also preceded in death by her three brothers Johnnie Jaccuzzo, Dr. James Jaccuzzo, Emile Jaccuzzo, and one sister Mamie Jaccuzzo.
