Howard Frederick Stroud, 82, of Charlotte Hall, Maryland passed away on October 7, 2016 at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. Howard was the son of the late Howard and Teresa Stroud. Howard worked as an Instrument Repairman at Pepco, retiring in 1992. He enjoyed watching football and was a Washington Redskins fan.

Howard is survived by his wife, Sandra and sons Michael (Tina) Stroud and Gregory (Cynthia) Stroud; grandchildren, Michael (Heather) Stroud, Gregory (Jessica) Stroud and Jennifer (Ron) Elswick; and great granddaughter, Maci.

There will be a committal service on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Cheltenham Veteran's Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, MD 20623 a 2:30 pm. Arrangements by Brinsfield Echols Funeral Home.
