Daughter of Arthur Raley and Janie Raley. Eleanor was a home maker who was known for her feisty spirit and love of cooking and canning. Always offering food to anyone who would stop by, loved to play bingo and pitch. Every spring she would plant her garden which the family enjoyed the fruits of her labor.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Howard Buckler; and her only son, James Leroy "Sonny" Buckler. She is survived by her four grandsons, Glenn, Kevin, Terry, and Daren Buckler, who will miss her dearly. Eleanor had 11 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends for Eleanor's Life Celebration Visitation on Sunday, October 9, 2016 from 4pm to 7pm at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. Funeral Service will be on Monday, October 10, 2016 at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home at 10:00AM with Father John Ball officiating.

Interment will follow at All Faith Church Cemetery, 38885 New Market Turner Road, Mechanicsville, MD 20659. Serving as pallbearers will be: Kevin Buckler, Daniel Bucker, Andrew Buckler, Justin Buckler, Ray Copsey, Greg Copsey, and Lee Bowles. Arrangements by Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home.
