Deborah Marilena Joy, 61, of Hollywood, MD passed away on September 27, 2016 at her home in Hollywood, MD. Born on August 11, 1955 in Leonardtown, MD she was the daughter of the late Catherine Adele Tippett and Herbert Webster Joy.

She is survived by her son, Mark A. Stone (Melinda) of Mechanicsville, MD. Grandchildren: Marcus A. Stone and Mya S. Stone. Siblings: Cindy Wood of Hollywood, Sandy Hoflich of Hollywood, MD, and Joseph "Dinkie" Copper. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Larry Copper and Bobby Copper. Debbie graduated from Chopticon High School in 1973. She was employed as a secretary in the Healthcare profession.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD. A Funeral Service will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 AM with Father Ray Schmidth officiating. Interment will be private.
