Teresita Payna Allen, 68, of California, MD passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Teresita was born on October 3, 1947 in Capalayan, Philippines to the late Antonio Payna and Teofilia Daclan.

On January 2, 1974 Teresita married her beloved husband, Tony Allen in Olongapo City, Philippines. Together they celebrated over 42 wonderful years of marriage. She was employed as a dedicated sales associate for Walmart in California, MD for over 11 years.

She was an accomplished bowler, winning many tournaments and trophies. She loved to sing karaoke with her friends. She even made her own recordings. She was an avid BINGO player and a life time member of ADF in Mechanicsville, MD. She also greatly enjoyed playing the slots at Dover Downs Casino.

She was extremely charitable, always buying and giving others gifts. She was a fabulous cook and made many delicious meals, including her barbeque ribs and beef and broccoli. She enjoyed gardening and raised many vegetables and had beautiful flowers. She also enjoyed going to the Amish auctions, bidding on produce. She had an incredible sense of humor and was the life of the party. Her family was her top priority and she loved spending her time with them.

In addition to her husband, Teresita is also survived by her children, Alicia Domingo of California, MD and Christopher Allen of California, MD; her siblings: Clarita Ignatio, Charlito Payna, Jimmy Payna, Elizabeth Supremo, Norma Payna, Nita Payna, and Susan Espiritu; her sister-in-law, Ludy Payna; her grandchildren, Andrew Carter, Pauline Carter, Charles Ford III, Jennifer Martinez; her great grandchildren, Isaiah Carter, Jason Carter, Nathaniel Carter, and Ayanna Carter; her extended family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, Rudy Payna.

Family will receive friends for Teresita's Life Celebration on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., at Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brinsfield Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens in Leonardtown, MD.
