Daphne Yvonne Brown, 48, of Great Mills, MD departed this life on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital. Daphne was born on March 4, 1968 to the late Anna G. Brown Reed. Daphne was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Reed and brother, Christopher Reed. She is survived by her son, Alonzo Holley; siblings, Francis, Leroy (Tracy), James and Ernest; grandmother, Anna Brown; a special friend, George Carroll and many other relatives and friends. Family and friends will unite on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 for visitation at 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 38576 Brett Way, Mechanicsville, MD 20659.
