Alice Faye (Pearson) Farrell, 74, of Great Mills, Maryland passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the Hospice House in Callaway, Maryland.

Alice was born in Front Royal, Virginia to William Fred Pearson, Sr. and Alice Rebecca Boyer on October 3, 1941. She is preceded by her parents, Fred and Alice Pearson; a brother, William Fred "Freddie" Pearson, Jr.; a sister, Doris Ann Myers; a brother-n-law, William "Bill" Myers; a niece, Rebecca "Becky" Vifquain; a nephew, J.T. McMinis; a nephew-in-law, David "Dave" Cresswell; and, her granddaughter, Kathleen Louise Schuster, whose ashes will also be buried with her.

Alice is survived by her two daughters and their husbands, Carla and Patrick Stanley, Jr., of Lexington Park, Maryland; and, Crystal and Ronald Williamson of Front Royal, Virginia, as well as her ex-husband/friend, Carl Farrell, Jr., of Maysville, West Virginia. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Todd Christopher Stanley and his fiancée, Jessica Lyn Wallen; Amy Elizabeth Stanley; Jacob Brady Schuster; Rebecca Lyn Schuster; and Emma Lyn Stanley. Along with her surviving immediate family, she has four sisters and one sister-in-law; Nancy McMinis, Evelyn Licklider, Kay Dennison, Sue Krause, and Faye Pearson and many nieces and nephews.

Over the years, she held several jobs working in the public. The latest job being a sales associate at Wal-Mart, which she held many positions since its opening in California, MD.

Alice was a true lady who would do anything for those she loved. She always put her family first and she loved her grandchildren dearly. She especially enjoyed spoiling Emma and loved just being around her. Emma could always put a big smile on her face. Next to her family, one of her favorite hobbies was shopping where she could always find the best bargains.

Funeral service will be held at the Leonardtown Church of the Nazarene, located at 22730 Washington Street, Leonardtown, Maryland 20650, on Friday, March 11, 2016, at Twelve o'clock noon, with visitation for family and friends at 11:00 o'clock a.m. with Pastor Paul MacPherson officiating. A reception will follow after the service at the Church.

Burial and Interment will be held at the Prospect Hill Cemetery, located at 200 West Prospect Street, Front Royal, Virginia, at Twelve o'clock noon on Saturday, March 12, 2016. Her grandson, Jacob, will deliver a brief memorial. Following the burial and interment will be a meal provided at Riverton United Methodist Church, located at 55 East Strasburg Road, Front Royal, Virginia 22630.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice House of St. Mary's, Post Office Box 625, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Arrangements by the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., Leonardtown, MD.
