Beloved wife of the late Clayton Joseph Waggoner. Loving mother of Lisa A. and her husband Rick L. Greenlee of Lusby, MD. Grandmother of Michael L. Greenlee and Jennifer L. Greenlee both of Lusby, MD: great grandmother of Xander Jones. Sister of Helen A. and her husband Roy C. Emmert of Ocean City, MD and Louis C. and his wife Kathy Buck, Jr. of Bowie, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Her sister Tiffany C. Blair and her brother Robert Wayne Buck, Sr. preceded her in death.
