Lois Adams DiDomenico, of La Plata, Maryland, died on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at the Sage Point Senior Living Services in La Plata. She was 88 years old. Born on February 23, 1927 in Macon, Mississippi she was the daughter of the late Sallie Adams and the late Lemuel Garner Adams.

Mrs. DiDomenico was a homemaker and an active member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Waldorf. She also served as Treasurer for the Meals on Wheels program for 30 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John C. DiDomenico and her son Paul A. DiDomenico. She is survived her son John G. DiDomenico and his wife Judy; grandchildren Sabrina Torres and Heather DiDomenico; step-grandchildren Annie Rodriguez Clerkin and William Rodriguez; great grandson Noah Moore.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2015 from 2PM to 4PM and from 6PM to 8PM at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A., 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2015 beginning at 11AM at the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 305 East Smallwood Drive, Waldorf, MD with the Reverend Laurie Gates-Ward officiating.

Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Meals on Wheels program. Arrangements provided by Raymond Funeral Service.
