David Michael Brent, 37, of Seattle, Washington formerly of Lusby, Maryland died Nov. 7, 2015 at his residence. He was born April 8, 1978 in Washington, DC to Richard H. Brent and the late Elizabeth E. Gelestino.

David was the grandson of the late maternal grandmother Rosabelle B. French; late Paternal Grandparents Henry & Ruth Brent.

He was the beloved husband of Jan L. Brent, whom he married Dec. 30, 2013, in Leonardtown, Md.

He graduated Thomas Stone High School, and went on to various jobs, attended the College of Southern Maryland and received his CDL License. Life was a struggle for him as he had open heart surgery as a baby, and this effected some of his fine motor and social skills.

Life was not always kind to him, always it was a challenge it had its ups and downs. He was great with computers, loved to travel, cook, spend time with family, friends, T.V. Wrestling, and socializing online. He was great at helping his grandmother and sister. He loved God and was great at preaching his version of it!

He is survived by his wife of 2 years, Jan L. Brent of Seattle Washington; Father Richard T. Brent of Newport News Va.; Maternal Grandfather Ian M. French Sr. of Lusby, Md.; Sister Martha B. Brooks of Lusby, Md.; and Nephew Deryk T. Brooks of Lusby, Md.
