Peacefully on Friday, September 18, 2015 of Waldorf, MD Edith Long passed away surrounded by her loving family.

She was a beautician in the Oxon Hill/Temple Hills areas for many, many years.

She was the beloved wife of Frederick Long; devoted mother of Lurena Lowery and Feffy Long; dear sister of Sherry Sharper (John). She is also survived by three grandchildren, Mike and Daysha Lowery and Jayden Bonny; a niece, Chris Ellis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
