Maxwell Todd Boland, Sr., 70, of La Plata, MD passed away September 11, 2015 at his son's residence. Born January 25, 1945 in Coffee County, AL he was the son of Todd Boland and Mildred Robbins Boland.

Predeceased by his parents and sister Robin Boland, Max is survived by his son, Maxwell Boland, Jr. "Skip" (Teresa); daughters, Sandy Boland Underwood (Barry), Buffie Klotz (Robert) and Ashley Boland; brother, Ben Boland (Suzie) and sister, Lynn Hart (Frank); grandchildren, Christopher, Casey, Samantha, Austin, Barry, Brooke, Brendan, Blaine, Carly and Adriana and three great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends for Max's Life Celebration on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 2:00 – 8:00p.m. with a Time of Remembrance at 7:00p.m.at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD. A Funeral Service will held on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 11:00a.m. at Brinsfield-Echols. Interment will take place in Alabama.
