Ralph E. Hottle, a devoted husband, lover of family and servant of God went to meet his Lord on Aug 19, 2015. He was born in Edinburg, VA on July 7, 1934.

He graduated from Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, DC and was enlisted in the US Air Force from 1954-1959. He retired after 32 years from the Department of Navy.

He is a member of First United Methodist Church, Ormond Beach, Fl. He is a Past Master, Perseverance Lodge #208, Indian Head, MD; was a member of Volunteer Fire Departments in Prince George's and Charles counties 1959-1964 and an American Red Cross volunteer for over 50 years. He enjoyed golfing, cruising, ballroom dancing, wine making and listening to Patti Page songs.

He is survived by his wife, 4 children, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Family and friends will unite on Monday, August 24, 2015 from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd, Waldorf, MD. Interment at Trinity Memorial Garden, Waldorf, MD. Arrangements provided by Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home.
