John Patrick "Pat" Curran, Jr., 64, of St. Leonard, MD passed away on August 12, 2015 in Prince Frederick, MD. Pat was born on February 8, 1951 to John P. Sr., and Betty Lou Curran of Solomons, MD.

Pat loved his family and enjoyed the time that he shared with them. He also had a great love for farming.

Pat was preceded in death by his father John Patrick, Sr. and niece Katherine "KC" Martin. He is survived by his two sons Johnny and his wife Shannon of St. Leonard, MD; Eric and his wife Jennifer of St. Leonard, MD. He was a beloved Paw-Paw to his grandchildren; Adam, Ashton, Kaylee, Amanda, and Nicole, as well as his great granddaughter Aubrey.

He is also survived by his mother Betty Lou Curran of Solomons, MD and his siblings, Mark and his wife Darlene of Orange Park, FL; Eileen Weems and her husband Douglas of Prince Frederick, MD; Marlene Leone and her husband Mario of St. Leonard, MD; Donna Oliff and her husband Jackie of Owings, MD; Mike and his wife Mary Ellen of Dunkirk, MD; Katie Langley of Solomons, MD; Joe of Dunkirk, MD; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends for a memorial visitation on August 18, 2015 from 10 - 11 am at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Solomons, MD. A memorial mass will take place immediately following at 11:00 A.M. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in the memory of Pat to the Our Lady Star of the Sea School. Arrangements were provided by the Rausch Funeral Home, of Port Republic,MD.
