Bobby was a lifetime resident of Charles County. He was active with Special Olympics most of his life. He enjoyed Bingo, bowling, basketball & crafts. He attended Charles County Adult Day Services in La Plata. He was a 2001 graduate of McDonough High School. He especially loved being with people.

Son of the late Bruce R. Nancarrow Sr and Catherine V. Boteler Phipps.
