Carlos Luis Silva-Portela, age 70, of Pomfret, MD died on May 25, 2015 at the Sagepoint Senior Living Center in La Plata, MD. Carlos is the son of Jesus Silva Ferro and Josephina Portela Freijeiro and was a Customer Service Representative at U.S. Airlines.

Friends received on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 2-4PM and 6-8Pm with a Memorial Service at 7PM at the Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646.
