Bernard Fred Barnes, Sr., age 91 of Lexington Park, MD, died on April 20, 2015 at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. He is the son of Colbert Barnes and Irene Briscoe and was married to Elsie Mae Biscoe Barnes.
