Sharon Marie Burch, 40, of La Plata, MD died on Saturday, April, 11, 2014 at her residence. She was born February 25, 1975 in Charles County, Maryland to the late Robert Fredrick and Edna Louise Jones Van Dyke.

Sharon worked as an administrative assistant for Ikon, Mr. Sparky and Coca Cola until beginning her favorite job as a homemaker. She was a loving wife and mother. She loved the beach especially Myrtle Beach, SC. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Whenever she could she would do various activities such as Zombie Run, MS Walk, Bay Bridge Walk and Special Olympics events to raise funds and awareness for various causes.

In addition to her parents she is predeceased by one sister Roberta Alexander. She is survived by her husband of 9 years Wayne Burch, one son Tyler McKoy, one daughter Autumn Burch, one brother Robert "Fred" F. Van Dyke, Jr, three sisters; Violet "Betty" E. Grimes and her husband Michael, Sr., Theresa M. Demmick and her husband Michael H. and Bridgette D. Van Dyke and her husband Larry Haney, 12 nephews and nieces and 9 great-nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 18, 2015 from 5:00PM until time of service at 6:30 PM at Raymond Funeral Service, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Arrangements provided by Raymond Funeral Service.
