Virginia E. Southard, of Mechanicsville, Maryland passed away on March 23, 2015 at the age of 83.

Virginia is preceded in death by her husband George T. Southard and father and mother Lewis and Doris Gutridge. She is survived by her son Kenneth Southard (Virginia); grandchildren Kim Owens (Johnny) and Kenny Southard (Jenifer); great grandchildren Candy, Amber, Kenny III and Julia; great-great grandchild Destiny and sisters Dorothy Purks (Jerry) and Elsie Ferrell (George).

A visitation will be held at the Huntt Funeral Home Waldorf, Maryland on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 4 to 7pm. The funeral service will be at the Huntt Funeral Home on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 11am. The burial will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, Maryland.
