Mr. Clements was one of 14 graduates in his class at Sacred Heart School and an altar server for many years. He loved country music and the Lord. He enjoyed watching baseball, playing cards, and being with family. He had the gift of being able to fix anything and had a great sense of humor.

Son of the late Robert L. Clements, Sr. and Agnes Irene Simms Clements.

Predeceased by his father.

Survived by his wife, Ada M. Clements; his mother, Agnes I Clements; five sons, Robert L. (Beverly) of Ft. Myers, Fl., John B. (Pamela) of La Plata, Md., Michael A. (Joann) of La Plata, Md., David N. (Lori) of Chesapeake Beach, Md., and James G. Clements of La Plata, Md.;two daughters, Judith C. (Joe) White of Creedmoore, NC and Susan C. (Bobby) Fennell of La Plata, Md.; three brothers, T. Gerald, John F., and Charles F. Clements; two sisters, Denise Aurilio and Mary P. Jameson; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation on Friday, March 28, 2008 from 5-8 pm and wake service at 7pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 201 St. Mary's Ave., La Plata, Md. 20646.

Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 11am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 201 St. Mary's Ave., La Plata, Md. 20646.

Interment at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, Md.

Pallbearers are David Clements, David Neal Clements, Tony Clements, Joe White, Bobby Fennell, Brian Massengill, Lucas Vernon, and Shawn Connelly. Clergy will be Fr. Fred MacIntyre.
