Evelyn Finall Coombs, age 84, of Newburg, MD died on February 12, 2015 at SAGEPOINT (formerly the Charles County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center) in La Plata, MD. She is the daughter of William Garland Finall and Bessie Victoria Bryant Finall.
