Beloved husband of Alexa Jane Randall (nee Bevington). Loving father of Andrea Marie and her husband William Alex Adamson of Lusby, MD and Robert Charles and his wife Christine Randall of Lusby, MD. Devoted grandfather of Stephen and Miranda Angell, Holly, Thomas Brady and Peter James Adamson, Kyle and Kevin Randall. Brother of Martha Duprey, John and his wife Debbie James, Paul and his wife Carol James, Sidney and his wife Bernadette James and Michael and his wife Lydia James.

He was preceded in death by his parents Boardman Randall and Mary Elizabeth James, step-parents Sydney James and Barbara Randall.

Interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 1:00 P.M.
