Clifton Jeremiah Thomas, 72, of Marbury, Maryland, answered the call of his Heavenly Father on Monday, January 19, 2015 at home with his family around his bedside. He was the son of the late Lloyd and Thelery Thomas.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Thomas, sons, Clifton and Lawrence Thomas, daughters, Christina Marshall and Wanda Woodland, like his children, Joyce Dickens, Carolyn Marshall, Vanessa Heard, Charles and John Shorter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister, Marjorie, brothers, Harold, Curtis and William Thomas.

Viewing, 9:00 a.m. until time of service, 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 26, 2015 at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 5560 Pleasant Grove Road, Marbury, Maryland. Interment, Church Cemetery. Arrangements provided by Thornton Funeral Home.
