The Bayside Blues girls fast-pitch organization draws players from throughout southern and central Maryland, from the ages of 9 through 18. Each season, we offer the following teams: 10 and under, 12 and under, 14 and under, 16 and under, and 18 and under. We are always looking for more good players.For many years, the Blues have offered high quality, competitive softball and a great learning environment. We are a travel organization and our teams play tournament softball.

SYB/ Optimist of Lusby, youth baseball & softball program serves approximately 1100 boys and girls in and around our community ranging from 5 to 16 years of age. For youths ages five and six we offer an instructional (co-ed) T-Ball program designed to teach the basic fundamentals of baseball, such as catching, throwing and hitting the baseball. Ages seven to sixteen we offer programs that teach intermediate to advanced skills, such as, positioning, reading the batter and how to play particular situations.
