We have teamed with Google to bring you customized versions of Google's excellent tools that are designed especially for the southern Maryland community.

We are currently offering:

• Google Mail with a somd.us address, e.g. your.name@somd.us.  You can also download mail via POP and read it with your mobile phone. You can also use @.somd.biz interchangeably in your email address, e.g. your.name@somd.biz will work exactly the same as your.name@somd.us.  Use one or both-it's your choice.
• Google Calendar  - Create and share calendars with other southern Marylanders.
• Google Talk  - Chat with other southern Marylanders and Google Talk users world-wide.  Includes top-notch voice and voice mail.

• Small businesses who don't have a dedicated domain name.  Now you can get a permanent email account that identifies you as a southern Maryland business.  No more need to use a free email account  like Yahoo or HotMail that spells "Cheap" or go through the hassle of changing addresses every time you change ISPs.
